While in law school, Mr. Golden interned as a regulatory policy specialist at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a bureau of the US Department of the Treasury.
Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Golden worked as an analyst in the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Practice of Promontory Financial Group, a Washington DC-based consulting firm. At Promontory, Mr. Golden advised financial institutions on their compliance obligations relating to anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, and economic sanctions regulations. He also participated in a global review of transaction filtering and suspicious activity reporting systems for a major European financial institution.
Previously, Mr. Golden worked as an anti-money laundering analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.
