Anthony M. Reyes joined Riske & Salisbury, P.C. on January 15, 2013. Before joining Riske & Salisbury, P.C., Tony was in a sole practitioner and the owner of Reyes Law Office, P.C.

Prior to private practice, Tony served as Laramie County Community College’s (LCCC) General Counsel and Special Assistant to the President where he represented LCCC in all legal matters including: torts; employment; agency action involving contested cases and legal claims; secured, worked with, and managed litigation attorneys and consultants; drafted contracts and releases; wrote rules for the LCCC Board of Trustees; revised LCCC’s policy and procedures; developed and/or administered proactive and effective legal risk management programs and activities; and provided seminars on processes and matters with significant legal implications for LCCC.

Prior to LCCC, Tony was the Chief Civil Deputy at the Sublette County Attorney’s Office located in Pinedale Wyoming, where he represented all Sublette County agencies and departments. His practice included: administrative law; employment law; tax law; contract law; tort law; election law; and juvenile law. Before becoming the chief civil deputy, he represented the State of Wyoming as a Sublette County deputy and prosecuting attorney prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, and managed involuntary commitments to the Wyoming State Hospital. Prior to practicing in Sublette County, Tony held a similar civil deputy position with the Laramie County Attorney’s Office. Tony has also represented the Wyoming Public Service Commission, as a staff attorney handling a variety of legal matters regarding utility regulation, as well as the Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate, where he represented the interests of Wyoming citizens and utility customers in public utility matters.
