Fred Rerko's practice involves counseling and representing clients in complex business and real estate transactions, including large portfolio acquisitions and dispositions for private and public companies; the acquisition and disposition of income-producing property; leasing of office, industrial, hospital, and retail properties; and construction and permanent financing, refinancing, joint ventures, and other equity participations.

Representative clients in recent matters include Federated Department Stores; International Power America, Inc. f/k/a American National Power, Inc.; Jackson-Shaw Company; Medical City Dallas Limited; Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds; and The Woodland companies (a joint venture between Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund II and General Growth Properties).
