Goff, Richard D.

Justine Donahue is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. Her practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including litigation, governmental investigations, and counseling on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Donahue was a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Networks and Technology Enforcement Section. There she led a number of investigations and gained significant experience in all phases of government merger investigations including merger/acquisition review, civil enforcement actions, and investigative process and procedure. Before joining the Department of Justice in 2006, Ms. Donahue spent over four years litigating multi-jurisdictional antitrust class actions at a Washington, DC firm.

Ms. Donahue received her B.A. from Lehigh University, and her J.D. from Washington College of Law, American University.

Ms. Donahue is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
