Glazier, Mark A.

Mr. Doherty began his legal career representing employers and carriers of all sizes concentrating primarily on insurance defense. Mr. Doherty has tried numerous civil cases, including jury trials. Mr. Doherty's practice progressed into the area of workers' compensation where he has practiced exclusively for the last 15 years. Mr. Doherty has been asked to speak at several legal seminars throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri in the areas of workers' compensation. His experience not only includes trying matters to the Administrative Law Judge, but also to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in Kansas, as well as the Kansas Court or Appeals. He has also been heard by the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, as well as the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Mr. Doherty is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, and has been affiliated with the Johnson County Bar Association, Kansas City Bar Association, and Wyandotte County Bar Association.
