Mr. Doida has both a J.D. and a Masters of Business Administration, bringing a special expertise to the areas of business and general corporate issues, securities, financing, mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial and start-up legal issues, venture capital, contracts and taxation.
Mr. Doida has represented clients ranging from small private to large public companies in a wide variety of industries, including construction, biotechnology, financial services, energy, consumer products and services, and e-commerce and internet services. Mr. Doida has experience in a variety of corporate financial transactions, including representation of issuers of securities in private placements and public offerings, debt financings, and asset or capital stock purchases and sales. Mr. Doida also has experience in providing advice to companies operating in foreign countries with compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
