Theodore R. Remaklus is a Partner with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's intellectual property practice, with concentrations in litigation and trademark matters. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 1993, Ted is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and he joined Wood, Herron & Evans in 1993.
Ted has litigated matters in federal and state courts across the country and has argued before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ted has also been a speaker at conferences on intellectual property.
Ted received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1985 and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University in 1990. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the The University of Cincinnati Law School in 1993.
He is an active member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations, as well as the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association. He resides in Blue Ash, Ohio with his wife Sherri, son Kenneth, and daughter Katie.
