Larry Reichman has more than 22 years of legal experience. He has provided a broad range of legal services for Qwest Corporation including an Oregon rate case, regulatory proceedings, interconnection agreements, rulemaking proceedings, appeals, disputes with wholesale and retail customers, cost dockets, litigation, attorney general investigations, municipal franchise, and legislative advice. His experience also includes business and commercial litigation, including class actions, trade regulation, and unlawful trade practices.
