Sinjin Dinh is an associate in the Business group, where his practice focuses on the representation of private companies and investors in business transactions and corporate governance matters, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, SEC compliance matters, and corporate formation and governance issues.

As a member of the Yacht and Aircraft industry group at Foster Pepper, Mr. Dinh also represents yacht owners in a wide range of issues related to the yacht industry, including purchase and sale, flagging, regulatory compliance, and crew issues.

Prior to his career as an attorney, Mr. Dinh earned his Masters in Business Administration at the University of San Francisco. Mr. Dinh is active with the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Washington, having served on its Board of Directors since 2009 and serving currently as President. He is admitted to practice in Washington and is a member of the American Bar Association.
