Michael Gioia focuses his practice on defending insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation. Michael has also handled coverage matters involving insureds in bankruptcy litigation. In addition to his insurance coverage experience, Michael has significant experience in complex commercial liability matters, including contract and reinsurance disputes and professional liability actions.
