Kelly Gill is a partner at the Friedler Law Group. She has extensive experience drafting sophisticated estate planning vehicles, including trusts to minimize estate taxes and avoid probate. Kelly regularly represents couples with young children, elderly clients with long-term care concerns and clients with special needs. Kelly works closely with clients to develop an individualized estate plan that meets the needs of the client and the anticipated needs of their family.
Kelly C. Gill was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2002. Since her admission in 2002, she has concentrated her practice in the areas of estate planning and corporate law.
Kelly received her law degree (J.D.), magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2001, and a bachelor's degree (B.A.) in both Psychology and Political Science, magna cum laude, at Wellesley College in 1995.
After graduating from law school, Kelly worked as a corporate and tax associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston and as an estate planning and elder law attorney in private practice.
Kelly is a co-founder and member of the Westwood Professional Women's Group and a troop leader in the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. Kelly resides in Westwood, Massachusetts with her husband and three children.
