Ms. Rea focuses her practice in health care law, concentrating on advising clients in the health care industry on various corporate governance, management and contractual issues. She counsels clients in the health care industry by drafting physician employment agreements, hospital management agreements, pharmacy services and management agreements, professional services agreements, agreements between health care providers and insurance companies or benefit managers, and other agreements involving hospitals, physicians and other health care professionals, physician practice groups, pharmacies and other health care related professional entities.
Ms. Rea also puts her skill set to work for corporate clients with respect to the formation of business entities, changes and management of contractual relationships, asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and other fundamental business changes. Ms. Rea also advises clients in general real estate matters, including preparing and negotiating real estate documents such as commercial leases and sales agreements.
