Jaclyn earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
Jaclyn was the 2011 recipient of the Law School’s Carl Gussin Memorial Prize awarded for excellence in trial work and the 2011 Irving Stenn Jr. Award for her leadership and contributions to the Law School through extracurricular activities. In addition, Jaclyn was the chair of the Race & Curriculum Committee for the Michigan Journal of Race& Law, co-chair of Student Funded Fellowships, co-coordinator of the 2009 and 2010 Law School Service Day Program and a board member for the Nannes 3L Challenge.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Deborah Gordon, Jaclyn interned at the Detroit Center for Family Advocacy and the Office of the Michigan Attorney General in the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Division. Jaclyn is admitted to practice law in Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
