Jacqueline H. Ray (Jackie) is a native of Laurel, Mississippi. Ms. Ray received her Bachelor of Arts from Millsaps College in 1996, graduating with a major in English literature and a minor in classical studies. In 2000, Ms. Ray received her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Ray clerked for presiding justice, C.R. (“Chuck”) McRae of the Mississippi Supreme Court. Ms. Ray was also an interim law clerk for Hon. Michael T. Parker, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi. The majority of Ms. Ray’s law practice has been litigation-oriented. Her current practice encompasses immigration, commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, real estate litigation and appellate work. She is licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee. Ms. Ray is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi and Tennessee, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
