A 1991 graduate of the University of Tampa, and 1995 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. A member of the Florida Bar since 1996, he is also a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Rawlins has been in private practice serving the citizens of Volusia County and the State of Florida for over 15 years and has tried over 150 criminal and civil cases. Mr. Rawlins specializes in the area of Criminal Defense.
