GiaQuinta, Mark E.

Ms. Alanis joined the firm's litigation department in September of 2006 and continues to concentrate her practice in civil litigation, family law, and personal injury. As a long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Alanis obtained her B.A. in Business Management from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2006.

While in law school, Ms. Alanis was active in the Student Bar Association and the Organization of Women Law Students. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Alanis was a judicial extern for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. As an extern, Ms. Alanis was able to accompany Judge Mahan to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California, where she assisted him in several case decisions.

Ms. Alanis is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. Ms Alanis is also actively involved in BNI.
