Douglas Paul Rauch practices with emphasis in the areas of business, finance and municipal finance, municipal and real estate law. Mr. Rauch has extensive experience in finance and municipal finance transactions, having served as counsel to municipal governments, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations, municipal corporations, school districts, banks and corporations in various roles. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Rauch is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and received his Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from the Dickinson School of Law.
