Ghafoor, Shahzad N.

Ms. Dhagat focuses her practice in the areas of environmental law, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation. Her environmental practice includes representation of commercial clients for contribution and cost recovery actions under CERCLA and related statutes, contamination from underground storage tanks, real estate transactions involving contaminated properties, securing appropriate environmental permits, and other environmental regulatory guidance.

Ms. Dhagat received her J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and served as the Development Editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.  She received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Dhagat has practiced law at K&L Gates LLP in New York and Anderson & Kreiger LLP in Massachusetts.
