Gettleman, Chad H.

Siddhartha is a partner at Rathod |Mohamedbhai LLC, whose practice areas include civil rights, employment law, and criminal defense. Siddhartha is also a member of the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba habeas litigation team, representing five detainees from Yemin. Prior to forming Rathod | Mohamedbhai LLC, Siddhartha was an attorney at the law firm of Killmer, Lane and Newman, LLP and a Deputy State Public Defender with the Office of the Colorado Public Defender.

Military Services

Prior to moving to Colorado Siddhartha served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.  Mr. Rathod was stationed in Iwakuni, Japan and was the unit representative of the Cobra Gold 2003 Bangkok, Thailand International Peace Keeping Summit and Foal Eagle 2003 Seoul, Korea Planning Conference.
