Jonathan Dever, Esp is the founding and Managing Member of Dever Law and the CEO of Padze Technologies, LLC, both located in West Chester, Ohio. Jonathan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, his Master's Degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, studied International Comparative Labor Relations at Adam Mischevich University, attended Oxford University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law where he received a Certificate of Concentration in Employment and Labor law and was a Member of the Law Review Staff.

In his law practice, Jonathan has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He has also been recognized by Strathmore's Who's Who in 2006 and 2007. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Southern District Court of Ohio. Jonathan's areas of practice include, Foreclosure Defense, Load Workouts, Debt Restructuring, Real Estate Litigation, Collections, Asset Protection, and Dissolution of Marriage.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Dever began a software company whose primary objective was to improve the business of law. As CEO of Padza Technologies, he shapes, develops and provides the vision for integrating enterprise level ERP, software solutions for the Legal Industry. The focus is finding ways to increase revenue, increase efficiency of practice, effectiveness of purpose, slash cost and overhead, eliminate bricks and mortar, and getting the most out of the workspace via data, file and human capital management.

In addition to his duties as a lawyer and CEO, he is an Adjunct Professor as the University of Cincinnati. He is also an avid sportsman, Mr. Dever and his wife are the proud parents of two boys.
