Gerlanc, Glenn M

Natalie Rastin is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Rastin was a legal intern for the Enforcement Division of the NASD/Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where she researched and drafted memoranda regarding market manipulation. She was also an intern for the Division of Market Regulation and the Office of Commissioner Campos at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she analyzed memoranda regarding enforcement matters, adjudications and proposed rules.
