The focus of Attorney Dempsey's practice is litigation in Orphans' Court (Probate) proceedings including will contests, guardianship and fiduciary defense and prosecution for agents under powers of attorney, trustees and personal representatives of decedent's estates. Attorney Dempsey also provides counsel for basic estate planning and administration.
