Mr. Deratzian graduated cum laude, from Potsdam College (BA 1984); Temple University School of Law, cum laude (JD 1987) (top 5% of class); Admitted (PA & NJ Bar 1987); Federal Court of for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; Federal Court of for the Middle District of Pennsylvania; 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals; and Federal Court for the District of New Jersey. He is Chairman of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Disability Rights (ADA) Committee and has written numerous publications, including for presentations and seminars at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
