Donna has over 25 years of legal, tax and business experience and concentrates her practice in estate planning, corporate and business matters and related areas of law. Prior to joining NCO, Donna served as General Counsel for various private and publicly held restaurant companies including Fuddruckers, Inc., Unique Casual Restaurants, Inc., and Champps Entertainment, Inc. She has also worked for Boston based law firms and she began her practice as a C.P.A. and J.D. working for two of the then "Big Eight" accounting firms. Having worked in both public and private sectors, Donna brings a wealth of practical knowledge and understanding to her clients' business interests.
Donna received her bachelor of science in accounting, graduating summa cum laude from UMass Lowell. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Western New England University where she attended on a full tuition merit scholarship and received the American Jurisprudence Book Award in Evidence. Following law school, she received an LL.M., Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
Donna provides a compassionate and personalized approach in working with probate and estate planning clients. She is experienced in handling the unique challenges and dynamics of blended families. If visiting the office is not possible due to health or disability, appointments can also be made at the client's home.
Donna is admitted to practice law in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and she is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section. Donna resides in Laconia with her husband Matt Anderson and has served and continues to serve on several church, corporate and community boards.
