Anna focuses her practice on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. She has experience in cases involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement as well as false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret actions. She also has experience managing international brands for clients in the entertainment and consumer product industries, including trademark clearance and prosecution, copyright prosecution, and trademark opposition practice. In addition, Anna has worked on complex business and antitrust class action litigation matters.

Recently Anna represented a motorsports company in a case in which its trademarks, copyrights, and the trade dress of its products were being infringed and helped to obtain a permanent injunction against all defendants. She also successfully represented a video game publishing company in a theft of trade secrets case against the company's former employees and consultant who were engaged in setting up a competing business using the company's trade secrets relating to its successful video game franchise.

In addition to litigating intellectual property cases, Anna assists clients with trademark selection and branding strategies, including trademark searching, filing applications, and trademark opposition proceedings. Anna's trademark prosecution work encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, ranging from consumer products such as flashlights, clothing, wine, and comic books to services such as document imaging and mortgage risk evaluation. Anna also represents clients in cease and desist efforts against alleged infringers and assists clients with policing, enforcing, and defending trademark rights. She works with foreign counsel in global prosecution and enforcement efforts to protect clients' trademark rights. Anna also has assisted clients in business matters involving licenses and service agreements.

Anna has been appointed to the International Trademark Association's Young Practitioners Subcommittee of the Membership Services Committee for the 2008-2009 committee term. She is also on the board of governors for the Women Lawyer's Association of Los Angeles. In 2007, Anna was recognized as a Southern California "Rising Star" by Los Angeles magazine.
