Mr. Gastner first gained practical experience in the legal profession while serving as a judicial law clerk at the Arlington County Circuit Court, where his clerkship exposed him to a broad spectrum of law and litigation. Prior to joining Cunningham & Associates, Mr. Gastner represented clients in commercial litigation matters and assisted numerous clients regarding federal and state regulatory compliance. His current practice areas include insurance defense, personal injury, contract disputes, and professional malpractice law.
