Gates, Michael R.

Brent Quist is an associate at Harris, Karstaedt, Jamison & Powers, P.C.  For the last five years Mr. Quist has specialized in civil litigation defense, with a focus on construction defect cases.  He also has experience in defending personal injury and premise liability cases.  Early on in his career, Mr. Quist practiced in commercial, real estate and consumer litigation.  He has tried cases in the following Colorado counties:  Denver, Arapahoe, Boulder, Pueblo and Eagle.  He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Nevada state courts, and the U.S. District Courts of Colorado and Nevada.  He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. 

Mr. Quist has lived in Utah, Nevada and Colorado.  Outside the civil defense practice, Mr. Quist enjoys skiing and spending time with his wife and two young children, Parker and Abigail.
