Daniel Rabaev graduated from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law School in 2011. Since graduation, he has practiced in the Brooklyn office of NYC Administration for Children’s Services ("ACS"), where he assisted in the prosecution of cases involving child abuse and neglect. Shortly thereafter, Daniel entered private practice with the Russell Law Group, PLLC, where he represented clients in all aspects of criminal proceedings, including probable cause hearings, felony arraignments, plea negotiations, and dispositions. Additionally, Daniel drafted motions and memoranda within the firm’s practice areas of criminal and family law.
Prior to joining ACS, Daniel interned at the Brooklyn Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Project where he assisted litigants in resolving debt collection lawsuits filed against them by creditors. Daniel also interned for the Honorable Justice Martin Shulman (Administrative Supervising Judge, New York County Supreme Court) where he assisted the judge with drafting decisions and memoranda of law.
Daniel assists Sam Gregory in all aspects of federal and state criminal proceedings. Daniel handles arraignments, status conferences, plea entries, and administrative hearings.
Daniel Rabaev is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts.
