Faisal S. Qureshi focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation and real estate. He has handled cases in both state and federal courts, including civil trials and appeals. He also has handled traffic matters in the general districts courts of Virginia. Faisal has experience representing corporations, businesses and individuals in matters involving real estate transactions, commercial and civil disputes, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, consumer finance, landlord/tenant, collections and commercial transportation. He is a founding member of Chaplin, Qureshi & Hoyle and joined its predecessor firm, Freeman & Chaplin, in September 2006.
Faisal is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, Virginia State Bar, and Richmond Bar Association.
Faisal graduated in 1992 from The Steward School in Richmond, Virginia. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Virginia and a 2000 graduate of the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is a member of The Steward School Board of Trustees and a member of the Associate Board of the Richmond SPCA.
