Jacqueline M. Debs joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2012 and is part of the firm’s transactional department.
A passion for real estate motivated Ms. Debs to seek experience in real estate law. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family on Staten Island inspired Ms. Debs to open the Law Office of Jacqueline M. Debs, where she represented a variety of clients in the New York City metropolitan area and in New Jersey, including condo and co-op boards, developers, real estate investors, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, residential lenders, new businesses and individual purchasers and sellers. Prior to starting her own practice, Ms. Debs began her career at Ganfer & Shore, LLP and later moved to Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP.
Ms. Debs earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania, and she earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She is a member of the New York State, New Jersey State, and New York City. She also is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Ms. Debs’ professional and community affiliations include: the Real Property Law Section and the Co-op and Condo Committee of the New York State Bar Association, the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York, and the Penn Club.
