Neisi I. Garcia-Hornaday is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Bankruptcy Attorney focusing in Chapter 7. She is admitted to the Florida and Minnesota State Bars and the Southern District of Florida. She received a B.A in Psychology and Political Sciences from the University of Michigan and graduated with High Honors. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Business Law Concentration. Prior to joining the DiTocco Law Group, Neisi worked at the University of Minnesota Bankruptcy Law Clinic helping low income individuals liquidate their debts.
