Stephanie's practice focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including representation of clients in commercial dispositions and acquisitions, development projects, real estate financing, and leasing matters. Stephanie has represented borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial mortgage loan transactions and has experience coordinating the real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and finance transactions.
