Garner, Renatha S.

A native of Southeast Texas, and an aggressive attorney, Cheri A. Quinn has a rich mix of experience in both the private and public sectors of law, specifically in the fields of family law, bankruptcy, personal injury, criminal law, and civil litigation. Quinn received her B.A. in Psychology at The University of Texas (1994), and her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law (1997).

Quinn began her legal career as the staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Lubbock, Texas where she represented clients in matrimonial and child custody cases.  Quinn also served as the Staff Attorney and Executive Director for two nonprofit organizations, in New York, and Arkansas, respectively.

Upon her return to Texas, Quinn resumed the practice of law in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, personal injury, and criminal law. 

Quinn now resides in McKinney, Texas with her husband and son, and is actively involved in her church and several nonprofit organizations.
