Ludys M. Garcia is an attorney in our litigation and entertainment law practice, and also handles immigration law matters for some of the firm's international entertainment clients and athletes. Ms. Garcia graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. She was the Editor-in-Chief of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, and served in the International Moot Court as Competition Coordinator for the Susan J. Ferrell Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Ms. Garcia served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge John O. Sullivan in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and to immigration judges for the Department of Justice in the Executive Office for Immigration Review. She also served as a legal intern for the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor in Miami, Florida. Her exceptional educational background, judicial experiences, talent and professional demeanor make her a formidable adversary and a strong asset to the firm and our clients.
Ms. Garcia is fluent in Spanish.
