Marisol Garcia, JD Northeastern University School of Law and admitted to the bar in Massachusetts in 1997. Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation awarded her the Bart J. Gordon Fellowship in 1997 for her work at the Children's Law Center of Massachusetts. Legal Intern for Judge Bruce M. Selya of the First Circuit Court of Appeals. In February of 2012, Marisol Garcia joined the Law Office of Ronald B. Eskin where she represents clients in Social Security Insurance and Social Security Disability matters. From April 1999 to January 2012, she focused on her own law practice where she represented clients as attorney and Guardian Ad Litem on juvenile delinquency, special education, as well as children and family law matters. Attorney Garcia is a member of the Lowell Bar Association as well as National Organization of Social Security Claimants (NOSSCR).

Marisol Garcia is an adjunct professor for masters students in Consultation and Testimony in Forensic Psychology at Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, Boston, MA. She is also an adjunct in the Political Science Department at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA. She has trained attorneys and law students for the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Massachusetts Trial Attorney Association, Massachusetts Bar Association as well as Suffolk University School of Law.
