Javier Garcia is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment practice. Javier has worked on cases involving race, age, disability, and sex discrimination; wage and hour matters; school district employment matters; noncompete agreements and trade secrets; employee handbooks; and counseling in employment matters and employment litigation under state and federal law. Javier also devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono work for the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project representing indigent clients in immigration removal proceedings.
