Michael Pushee is an associate with Formisano and Company. His practice includes litigation of employment claims and providing employment law counseling to clients. Mr. Pushee also has experience in other areas of law, including civil rights, labor law, and personal injury. Mr. Pushee handles matters spanning the full range legal issues, including claims of discrimination and harassment, contract disputes, collection matters, and prisoner’s rights.
Mr. Pushee handles matters before federal and state courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies (including the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training—Board of Review, the Rhode Island Contractors’ Registration and Licensing Board).
Mr. Pushee is a graduate of Western New England College, where he received a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He is also a graduate of Roger Williams School of Law. Michael is a member of the bars of the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Rhode Island, the United States District Court of Massachusetts, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Outside of work, Mr. Pushee enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenn, and two children, Genevieve and David.
