Chrystal L. Prosser is a Perry County native. She graduated from the Newport School District. Thereafter, she majored in political science and minored in Spanish at Susquehanna University. After working in the public sector for a number of years, Chrystal earned her juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law.

Upon graduation, Chrystal joined the Law Office of William R. Bunt in New Bloomfield, Perry County, Pennsylvania. The primary focus of her practice is family law with a special emphasis on adoptions.  Chrystal also actively practices in the area of real estate, probate and estate administration, and wills and powers-of-attorney.. Chrystal is the court appointed custody conciliator in Perry County. In addition, Chrystal serves as one of the solicitors for the local children and youth agency. Due to Chrystal serving as the custody conciliator for Perry County, our office cannot represent clients in a divorce where minor children are involved or in custody matters.
