Ms. Prybella is an associate in the Business Department. Currently, her practice focuses on estate planning and administration as well as on issues of federal, state and local taxation. Her practice also focuses on commercial lending matters involving the representation of various clients in transactions involving secured and unsecured lending and asset based financing.
Ms. Prybella received her B.A. from Princeton University in 2006 where she majored in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and minored in Spanish Language and Culture. She received her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2010, where she was a Beasley Scholar. While attending Temple, Ms. Prybella served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association and she was a member of the Christian Legal Society. As a law student, she volunteered at the Ayuda Legal Clinic, which provides legal advice to low-income, predominantly minority clients. Ms. Prybella received the Barrister's Award for Excellence and an Outstanding Oral Advocacy Citation in Trial Advocacy I. She also received a Distinguished Class Participation Citation in Trial Advocacy II and in Taxation II. Ms. Prybella is currently pursuing a LL.M. in Taxation degree and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple. She continues to volunteer through the Ayuda Legal Clinic and through Philadelphia VIP.
Ms. Prybella is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania. She is conversational in Spanish.
