David DeBord works on the defense of federal and state antitrust and consumer protection claims as well as on class actions. He represents domestic and foreign corporations in various manufacturing and service industries in matters relating to monopolization and attempted monopolization, price discrimination, price-fixing, the correlation between patent and antitrust issues, distribution, predatory pricing, tying, refusals to deal, and exclusive dealing. He also has experience in all aspects of fact and expert discovery, motions practice, and the settlement of complex, multijurisdictional litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, David has assisted with the representation of several clients before the Federal Trade Commission, including merger investigations in the retail optical services industries.
David is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
