He received his BA in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate from UC's Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. He is admitted to practice in both Arizona and California.
His experience includes representing individuals and small businesses as well as Fortune 500 corporations on business transactions, employment and environmental matters.
