Joseph “Joe” Galera is an experienced litigator who is dedicated to defending individuals and protecting their rights.  He has spent the majority of his legal career helping people assert and protect their legal rights against the government and their employers. 

Mr. Galera obtained his law degree from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  After graduating from law school, Mr. Galera moved west to Denver, Colorado to begin his practice and serve as an advocate to his clients.  Since moving to Colorado, Mr. Galera has taken many cases to trial and has represented individuals at all stages of criminal proceedings including bond reduction, preliminary hearings, disposition hearings, sentencing hearings, probation hearings, revocation hearings and suppression of evidence hearings.  Mr. Galera handles all manner of cases including felony and misdemeanor cases including homicides, sexual assault, assault, domestic violence, drug, forgery, theft, and violation of protective orders.  His mission is to provide his clients with the best legal representation possible and advocate as zealously as possible while making sure his clients are treated fairly through any legal process.
