Craig's practice focuses on environmental law and litigation. He regularly counsels clients regarding compliance, permitting, enforcement issues, due diligence, contracts, and other transactional matters relating to environmental issues. He routinely negotiates environmental matters with government agencies and defends administrative/civil actions. Craig's legal experience is supplemented by past work experience with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Enforcement Branch and his professional experience as a regulator with federal, state, and local agencies, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (wherein Craig was selected as Employee of the Year in 1998), the City of Austin, and the U.S. Department of Energy.
