Robert W. Galbraith

Family law attorney, Robert Galbraith is a native of the Pittsburgh area and is licensed to practice in all of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Robert Galbraith is a graduate of Sewickley Academy's class of 1992 and obtained his B.A. in political science from Westminster College in 1996.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Galbraith worked for a major Pittsburgh bank before he attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, OH.

Mr. Galbraith's efforts at Case Western earned him a position on the Craven Moot Court Team as well as the Paul J. Hergengroeder Award for Excellence in Courtroom Tactics, the Dean Dunmore Distinguished Advocate Award, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Tactics. Attorney Galbraith received his Juris Doctorate in 2000 before returning to Pennsylvania to begin his practice.

Mr. Galbraith began his career in civil litigation and successfully tried jury and non-jury trials.  Attorney Galbraith gained extensive experience in taking cases from inception to a successful conclusion, whether through trial or arbitration or negotiating positive settlements for his clients.  These litigation skills have transferred well to Mr. Galbraith's career as a family law attorney.

Attorney Galbraith chose to focus his career in family law in an effort to assist clients on a more personal level than his prior career allowed.  His interest is in helping his clients navigate difficult and challenging times in their lives and achieving positive outcomes for them.

When no practicing law, Attorney Galbraith is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan, though is most valued time is spent with his family.
