Gallagher, Mark T.

Tom's practice focuses on complex litigation and appellate advocacy. He has significant motions practice experience in False Claims Act cases, including suits against pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and physicians.

Tom is author of the note "Assessing Constitutional Challenges to University Free Speech Zones under Public Forum Doctrine," 79 Ind. L.J. 267 (2004).
