Gallagher, Brendan J.

Attorney Brendan Gallagher received a B.S. in Information System Technology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then went on to earn a J.D from the Akron University School of Law in Akron, Ohio. Upon graduation, he moved to Arizona where he took a position as a Deputy County Attorney in Mohave County Arizona. Mr. Gallagher is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona and in the Federal District of Arizona.

As a Deputy County Attorney he prosecuted all types of misdemeanor and felony cases ranging from driving under the influence to second degree murder. Mr. Gallagher has a substantial number of Jury Trials and bench trials since becoming a licensed attorney.

Mr. Gallagher began working in bankruptcy law during law school. He started preparing bankruptcies as an intern with an east coast law firm. Since then, Mr. Gallagher has worked on a wide variety of bankruptcy cases and has been an integral part of the Wright Law Offices team.
