Brian R. Davis has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to small businesses and individuals in complex commercial and personal transactions, disputes, claims and litigation throughout Northern and Southern California. He has extensive jury and bench trial, arbitration and mediation experience throughout the Counties and Superior Courts of Northern and Southern California and in the United States District Courts (Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts). He also serves as General Counsel to HDI-Harrison Drywall, Inc. and DDR, Inc.

Prior to practicing law, he managed litigation at national property and casualty insurer and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
