Since 1987, Ms. Davila has been a passionate advocate for California's injured workers. Her experience is broad, handling claims from inception to the trial/appellate level. Despite the most recent changes in state law which have adversely affected injured workers. Ms. Davila confronts the new challenges by "thinking outside the box" to achieve the best results for her clients. However, because of the limited benefits available through the workers' compensation system. Ms. Davila educates and encourages her clients to pursue additional benefits for disabled workers such as retraining, Social Security, private and/or state disability, Medi-care Set Aside Trusts or structured settlements. Choosing to represent only injured workers, Ms. Davila has earned a reputation as a tenacious litigator and a compassionate counselor for the working class.

Over the years, Ms. Davila has volunteered hundreds of hours for numerous nonprofits. Currently she is a board member of a nonprofit scholarship association dedicated to raising money for qualifying college bound high school seniors with financial need. Ms. Davila is a member of several professional organizations, including the Lawyers Club, S.D. County Bar Workers Compensation Section and Latinas in the Law. Ms. Davila also speaks Spanish fluently, allowing her to directly communicate with limited English speaking clients.
