Andrew Gable represents clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Illinois and New York. He has his own practice in Chicago, Illinois and is "of counsel" with the Law Offices of Samuel Gregory in New York, New York.
Andrew Gable graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2000 with highest honors, Order of the Coif, and as a member of the Law Review. Since graduation, he has practiced in a large litigation firm, worked with legendary Chicago criminal defense lawyers Edward Genson and Marc Martin, and completed two master degree programs in Europe.
Andy has assisted Sam Gregory in all aspects of federal and state criminal representations. He recently second chaired a federal trial in the Eastern District of New York resulting in an acquittal on all counts where the client was charged with importing over $100,000 worth of heroin.
In addition, Andy handles arraignments, status conferences, plea entries, sentencings, administrative hearings, and proffer sessions. He has also written several successful federal briefs, motions, and sentencing memoranda.
