Furey, Alexander

Beth has lived in North Carolina her entire life and wouldn't dream of leaving. She was born and raised in Shelby where her family still owns and operates a third-generation block and brick business. Beth learned at an early age that owning a business means early mornings, late nights, and most importantly the opportunity to help build a better community.

Beth attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies. She graduated with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Social and Economic Justice.

Beth earned her J.D. Degree from Campbell University and worked as an attorney for several years in the Raleigh office of a prominent insurance defense firm. It did not take long for Beth to realize that she was better suited to protect the rights of individuals. She quickly learned that a person's life could not be measured by the generic formulas used by insurance agencies. Beth believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. The Law Office of Beth Spake Fulmer, PLLC has allowed Beth to realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation. Beth treats every client with respect and integrity.

When Beth is not in court protecting the rights of individuals, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and her dog, Otis.
